Victims identified in fatal crash south of Wichita
SEDGWICK COUNTY, Kan. (KAKE) - The two women who were killed in a semi crash south of Wichita on Monday have been identified.
67-year-old Patricia Boor of Wellington was driving north on Broadway in a Kia Rondo and hit a semi that was going south. Both Boor and her passenger, 62-year-old Tonya Acosta-Abernathy also of Wellington, died at the scene.
The semi-driver, 57-year-old Richard Wicker of Gastonia suffered serious injuries.

Two women are dead after an SUV crashed into a semi just south of Wichita.
The crash happened at 91st St. S and Broadway around 3:30 p.m.
Police say that the SUV crossed into oncoming traffic and hit the semi. Both women, whose names have not been released, died at the scene. One was in her 50s and the other was in her 60s.
The semi-driver only suffered minor injuries.
