MISSING IN KANSAS: Silver Alert canceled for Wichita woman, found safe

The Wichita Police Department confirms, on Facebook, that Claudia Roach was located safe. The department issued a Silver Alert for her early Friday morning, after she was reported missing from southeast Wichita.

The Wichita Police Department issued a Silver Alert early Friday morning for a woman missing from southeast Wichita.
Claudia Roach, 75, was last seen around 12:20 a.m. walking in the 1600 block of South Terrace – west of Harry and Oliver. There’s concern for Claudia because she has dementia and it may affect her mental capacity, the police department shares.
Claudia is about 5’3’’ with a medium build. She was last seen wearing a black peacoat, pants and a black stocking hat with gold writing. She was also carrying a brown purse.
