WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Boys' state wrestling wrapped up today and plenty of area winners were crowned in both the 6A/5A, 4A and 3A-1A classes.

In 6A, Garden City's Colin Kleysteuber at 165 took the win by decision, becoming a state champion after not placing a year ago. At 175, Dodge City's Luke Barker secures a perfect season at 45-0 with a 20-4 tech fall win, earning his third state title.

Liberal's Trystian Juarez takes home the 190 title, marking his first gold after a runner-up finish a year ago. Derby's Knowlyn Egan picked up his first state title in his final match as a senior, recording a reversal late in the match and hanging on to win the title at 157. 

The Panthers dominated the day, becoming 6A state champions with 193.5 total points. Garden City (168.5) placed second as a team with Mill Valley (145.5) bringing home third.

Maize took home the team state title in 5A with 214 points. In 4A, Andale earned its second state title in three years, finishing with 163 points. In 3A-1A, Hoxie crowned six state champions and broke the record for most points scored by a team with 260 points.
