Wichita police identify woman killed when car went off Kellogg overpass

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Wichita police have identified a 22-year-old woman who was killed went over a barrier wall on East Kellogg over the weekend.
The accident happened at around 7:40 a.m. Sunday at Kellogg and Washington. Police said Konstance Harris was heading west on Kellogg when she struck the concrete barrier wall and went off the highway, her car landing on Washington Street below.
Emergency crews arrived on scene to find a black Honda Accord on Washington and Harris inside. She was not breathing and died at at the scene. The crash is still under investigation.
A GoFundMe has raised nearly $12,000 for Harris' funeral expenses.
"Konstance’s beauty was truly unmatched for this world," the online fundraiser says. "Her smile had the ability to light up a room."
