While the Kansas City Chiefs consider Patrick Mahomes "day-to-day,"  the Pro Bowl quarterback is determined to play with an ankle injury.  The Chiefs host Cincinnati in the AFC Championship Sunday.

Mahomes suffered a high ankle sprain in Saturday's playoff win over Jacksonville.  Mahomes left the game in the first half and was able to return after halftime.  Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid told reporters Monday that Mahomes is working hard with his treatment and is doing OK.  Mahomes has told reporters he will play in Sunday's game.

The injury limited Mahomes' mobility in the 27-20 win over Jacksonville.
