WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Wichita police said 63-year-old Zandra Adams, who was reported missing Monday, was found safe in Dallas, Texas, Wednesday morning. Additional details were not provided.

Wichita police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 63-year-old woman.

Police said Zandra Adams walked away from her home in the 4500 block of South Charles, near 45th Street South and Seneca, at around 6:40 a.m. Monday.  She stands 5-foot-5, weighs about 120 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, tan boots, a black hoodie, dark green sweatshirt, black vest, and she was carrying a burgundy/maroon backpack.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.
