GARDEN CITY, Kan. (KAKE) - Police in southwest Kansas have arrested a 57-year-old man for allegedly filmed and live-streamed children at a swimming pool.

City employees were notified on July 7 that someone "livestreamed the filming of children" while at Garden Rapids at the Big Pool. Garden City police said William Joe Bolin was identified as a suspect.

The police department and Internet Crimes Against Children served a warrant a Bolin's home in the 1100 block of North 12th Street on Monday.

Inside the residence, several electronic and computer-related items, suspected methamphetamine and marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were seized," GCPD said in a release. "A preliminary search of the electronic items resulted in the location of numerous items of child pornography."

Bolin was arrested while reporting to his probation officer and booked on multiple counts of sexual exploitation of a child as well as possession of meth, marijuana and paraphernalia.
