AMC extends $5 movies on Discount Tuesdays through January
(CNN/KAKE) - AMC Theatres has extended its "$5 Discount Tuesdays" through the holidays.
Now, tickets for most Tuesday movies through January 31 will be $5 each plus tax for all members of the AMC Stubs program, which is free to join.

Film buffs have a new reason to see more movies over the next few months. AMC Theatres is now offering "$5 Discount Tuesdays."
Tickets for most movies on Tuesdays through October will be just $5 each plus tax for all members of the AMC Stubs program, which is free to join.
In checking Tuesday prices at the AMC Northrock 14 in Wichita, one adult non-matinee ticket for "Thor: Love and Thunder" was $5 in a digital theater, but $8 for 3D and $10 for the Dolby Cinema experience. Each of those tickets was $6.49 off its normal list price.
Adult matinee tickets for digital theaters are also $5.
Discount Tuesdays has already begun. To sweeten the deal, AMC also has popcorn and drink specials for Tuesdays.
