YODER, Kan. (KAKE) - A glider plane crashed this morning near Yoder, Kansas and EMS and EMS and law enforcement are on the scene.

Reno County 911, say that the accident happened around 11:35 a.m. at 916 E. Red Rock Road, which is just north of the Yoder Glider Port.

According to Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP) Crash Logs, the glider was making a turn when it lost control and crashed in a field.

The pilot's name is Carl Hallum and his is from Minnesota. There was also a 15-year-old passenger named Wyatt Barnett of Tulsa. Both Hallum and Barnett suffered minor injuries.
