INDEPENDENCE, Kan. (KAKE) - The Kansas Bureau of Investigation and the Independence Police Department are hoping the community may know what happened to Detreck Julian Foster. He went missing three years ago and investigators believe Detreck was murdered.

Family last heard from Detreck around April 12,  2020. According to a case file with The Department of Justice, Detreck is from Independence, Kan.
