Authorities say a teen has died and a woman was hospitalized following a rollover crash in northwest Kansas.

The accident happened at around 10:20 p.m. Monday on Interstate 70 east of Oakley. The Kansas Highway Patrol says a Ford F250 was heading east on the interstate when the driver lost control. 

The driver overcorrected after entering the median and went back into the median where the truck rolled twice.

The 19-year-old driving the truck, Tristan Coleman, died at the scene. His passenger, 56-year-old Melinda Coleman, was taken to a local hospital for treatment. 

Both are from Albany, Missouri.
