Wichita police arrested 14 people during a prostitution sting along the Broadway corridor, making for 85 total arrests in nine stings since last August.

Officer Charley Davidson said vice detectives, the Patrol South community policing team and the Broadway corridor team conducted the sting along the South Broadway corridor Wednesday evening. It targeted people who had gone to the corridor to purchase sexual relations.

The following people were arrested on prostitution-related charges, according to booking reports:

The Wichita Police Department launched the four-year "Broadway Corridor Project" in August. Of the 85 arrests since the stings began, 16 were women and 69 were men.

The Broadway corridor stretches from Pawnee to 21st Street North and from Water to St. Francis.
