Topeka (WIBW) - Guests to the Capitol City have a new place to get a good night's sleep.

Community leaders were on hand as the Holiday Inn Express and Suites North held its official ribbon cutting Thursday morning.

The hotel is part of a new development being built by the hotel's owners off Hwy. 24 and N. Tyler. It also includes a Quizno's and Dickey's BBQ restaurants, and an AT&T Store.

The owners would like to bring in more businesses to the development.
