I was deeply saddened to learn the passing of Bill. I had the honor and privilege of working with Bill as a deputy sheriff at the Washington Co. sheriff's Office. I have not known as nicer man than Bill who was more deducated to his family, friends and his job as well as all of us who knew him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. My prayers and thoughts go out to his family Respectfully, Kirk Cox

Bill has a very caring and loving family, and the same goes for friends. He was a great man, and a great sheriff. His wife and daughters, and the rest of his family were very fortunate to have such a wonderful man in their lives. His daughter had quoted, "A girls first love his her dad", she couldn't had said it any better than that!! We love you Bill, and may you rest in peace!!
