TOPEKA - All the colors of the rainbow are on display at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library - and children spotted every one of them Thursday morning!

13's Melissa Brunner led a special storytime at the library Thursday, where colors were the theme. She read three stories, each dealing with characters spotting the colors in the world around them - and she encouraged the kids to do the same.

Library staff member Kyler also joined in, leading the group in several songs about colors.

Melissa's appearance was part of a special 13 News partnership, "Catch the Summer Reading Bug." 13's Mark Ewing will be reading at 9:30 am July 24th; Jeremy Goodwin is scheduled for July 31st.
