UPDATE: Hannah's mother, Wendy, said Hannah was found in Topeka Sunday, June 15.

Hannah Clary, 16, of Sabetha, is believed to have run away from home.

Hannah's biological mom, Wendy, tells 13 News that Hannah had been calling her and asked for help before she ran away.

Wendy says Hannah is bipolar and may suffer from other medical conditions. She's worried Hannah may not have or be properly taking her medication.

Wendy says the Marshall County Sheriff's Office and Sabetha Police Department are working to find Hannah.

Anyone who may have seen Hannah is asked to call Sabetha Police at (785) 284-2158 or the Marshall County Sheriff's Department at (785) 562-3141‎.
