A Shawnee County doctor must give up his medical license and give up information to authorities.

Dr. John Toth entered a plea agreement in Shawnee County District Court Wednesday. He was charged with second degree murder in the 2006 death of his patient Beverly Wunder.

Prosecutors say he gave her and another woman treatments for Lyme disease, which they never had.

As part of the deal, Toth must tell federal and state authorities how he obtained the drugs, since they weren't FDA approved.

Toth's conviction was reduced to reckless involuntary manslaughter and attorneys agreed to recommend a suspended sentence of 32 months in prison with three years supervised probation.
