Streets were still flooded in Wichita early Wednesday morning after Tuesday night's downpour.

The Wichita metro area got more than 3 inches of much-needed rainfall and we received reports of marble and pea-sized hail in the area.

Cowley County residents got even bigger hail, up to golf-ball size in some areas.

At about 12:30 Wednesday morning, there were more than 4,000 Sedgwick County Westar customers without power.

By 5:00, that number had gone down to about 500 customers.
