Stormy Day Could End With Snow

A big change in the weather has arrived in our area.

A winter weather advisory is in effect for an area in Western Kansas. Cities in the advisory area include Hays, Scott City, Garden City and Wakeeney. The area could see 1-3 inches of snow. Snow started falling in Western Kansas early this afternoon.

The Wichita area will see much cooler temperatures with a chance of light snow after Midnight. There will be little accumulation. Expect Wichita's high in the low 50s today.
