Logan County had heavy rain Thursday night, and there are fears some homes may have been damaged.

The National Weather Service indicates the town of Winona received the most damage from rain and hail. Flooding knocked down some fences, allowing cows to roam free. Water reportedly filled yards, and may even have entered some homes.

In central Kansas, Cow Creek remains a concern in Reno County. The county emergency management office listed more than a dozen roads still closed Thursday night, due to high water.
