The cold weather that's hitting many parts of the country has made it to KAKEland.
Wind chills have dropped to well below zero, with temperatures in the single digits.
Mid-Continent Airport in Wichita officially reported 1.3 inches of snow early Thursday.
The Emergency Accident Reporting plan was put into effect in Wichita. If you are involved in a non-injury accident, both cars are driveable and no alcohol is involved, exchange insurance information and fill out an accident form within 48 hours. A link to the accident form is provided below.
