In northwestern Pennsylvania, they're bracing for lake effect snow, with 4 to 8 inches possible and up to a foot in higher elevations.

Thousands of utility customers in upstate New York and New Jersey are dealing with power outages. More than a foot of wet, heavy snow fell in those regions yesterday and toppled tree limbs and power lines.
