OLATHE, Kan. (KAKE) -

A 23-year-old man who bonded out of jail on child porn and enticement charges is now facing charges of raping a child suburban Kansas City.

WDAF reports Brandon Grisham was charged in Johnson County court with rape of a child over the age of 14 and aggravated sodomy by force.

Court documents state that officers responded on December 17 to a hospital where the victim told them that on an app she met a person she thought she knew. When she went to his apartment, she realized it was a stranger.

The girl tried to escape before Grisham allegedly sexually assaulted her. She remembered that he was wearing an ankle monitor, according to documents.

Investigators went to the address and found Grisham, who was out on bond and on house arrest for charges in Independence that include possession of child pornography, enticement of a child and furnishing pornographic material to a minor.

The probable cause affidavit states that video from the outside of the apartment complex shows the victim entering and leaving.

Grisham remains jailed on $500,000 bond.
