OSHA opens investigation into Textron Aviation

The U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and health Administration has opened an investigation into Textron Aviation.

Textron says 15 employees were hurt when a liquid nitrogen line ruptured and exploded at Plant 3 on December 27th.  OSHA will determine whether the company violated safety standards.

On Monday, A company spokesperson with Textron said some employees reported back to work at the plant that exploded and returned to their regularly scheduled shifts working on the Cessna Skycourier development program.
