WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -

A man who has been convicted on robbery and rape charges is under arrest for murder.  Wichita Police arrested William Gray for a deadly shooting in November.

James Storey was shot to death as he sat in his pickup truck in a parking lot in the 2000 block of South Rock Road.  Police said Gray drove next to Storey's truck and fired shots at the driver side window.   Investigators said Gray and Storey knew each other and this was not a random incident.

Gray, 45, is being held for a count of first degree murder.  His bond is $500,000.
