I-70 reopened, though conditions may be slick

Posted: Updated:

The Kansas Department of Transportation said all major highways are open in Kansas.

Snowy and slick conditions in northwest and western Kansas caused problems for drivers Saturday. KDOT closed I-70, US-24 and US-40. The roads reopened early Sunday. Despite this, KDOT notes the conditions may be slick, as some roads are completely or partially covered.
