MISSING IN KANSAS: Landon Woodyard found safe

PARK CITY, Kan. (KAKE) -

A runaway south-central Kansas teen has been found safe.

The family of Landon Woodyard said he's been located, days after he ran away in Park City, Kan. 

"My son Landon, has been located," his mom Jami Smith-Woodyard writes online. "I can not thank each and everyone of you enough for your shares, thoughts and prayers. I ask now that you continue to pray for him and please if there is any great therapist you know in the Wichita area that is good with teenage boys dealing with abandonment, anxiety and depression that would be willing to get involved ASAP please let me know."

A south-central Kansas mom is asking for the community’s help with finding her son. There is concern for his health. 

Landon Woodyard was last heard from on Friday, Dec. 6, in Park City, Kan. He doesn’t have a car or cash, his mom said. 

“Landon is depressed and suffers emotionally these last couple of years,” Jami Smith-Woodyard writes online. “He is a bright and kind young man that has lost his way.”
