Missing Kansas man with dementia found safe, sheriff's office says
A missing 70-year-old man with dementia who had been missing since Sunday morning has been found safe.
The McPherson County Sheriff's Office confirmed Tuesday that Richard Andrus was found safe overnight. He was located in Rice County, according to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
A Silver Alert for 69-year-old Kenneth "Kenny" Reitcheck, of Salina, remains active.

Seventy-year-old Richard Andrus was last seen Sunday morning driving his red, 2013 Chevrolet Silverado truck, with Vietnam Veteran tag 5123, in an unknown direction. Andrus had been at home around 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning but possibly used his credit card in Ellsworth Sunday night.
He is 5-foot-11, 193 pounds, bald with blue eyes. He has dementia.
