Cows in roadway cause rollover crash that injures Kansas woman

KINGMAN, Kan. (KAKE) -

Authorities say a Kansas woman suffered serious injuries when her SUV struck two cows and overturned. 

It happened at around 9 p.m. Tuesday near SW 70th Street and SW 40th Avenue in Kingman County. The Kansas Highway Patrol says 40-year-old Lacey Garrison was heading west when her Chevy Tahoe collided with two cows in the roadway. Her vehicle slid into a ditch and rolled. 

Garrison, of Kingman, was transported to a Wichita hospital for treatment.
