Salina police confirm Xander is back home and is safe. 


Runaway teenager Xander Dutcher was last seen on Sept. 19 in Saline County.

Height: 5’5’’

Weight: 110 pounds

Hair: Blonde or strawberry-blonde hair

Eyes: Blue eyes
