Wichita police issue 35 speeding tickets in 2 hours on West Kellogg

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -

Wichita police say officers issued nearly three dozen speeding tickets during a traffic enforcement on West Kellogg. 

Thursday's enforcement at Kellogg and Tyler ran from 7:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. The Wichita Police Department said on Facebook that Patrol West officers partnered with the motor unit and issued 35 citations for speeding.

"Obey all traffic laws, slow down and always #buckleup."

In late August, officers wrote 45 speeding tickets during a two-hour enforcement on West 21st Street. More on that story here
