Wichita police search for person of interest in weekend homicide

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -

The Wichita Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a suspect from a homicide that happened in southeast Wichita on Sunday.

42-year-old David Pressley currently has a Kansas Department of Corrections arrest and detain order and investigators are looking to speak to him in relation to a shooting in the 2300 block of South Oliver that left one man dead.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Pressley is urged to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 316-267-2111. 

The case number in reference to the criminal homicide is 19C063634.
