Woman sentenced for setting fire to tattoo parlor
A Wichita woman has been sentenced to probation for setting fire to a Delano tattoo parlor. Cassie Grover was sentenced to probation and ordered to pay $90,000 in restitution.
Grover, 37, pleaded no contest to aggravated arson for the March, 2019 fire at Idle Hands tattoo parlor at 929 W. Douglas. Grover was a former employee of the parlor. A judge ordered Grover to pay $15,000 to two women who own the building and $75,000 to the insurance company. She also can't have contact with the parlor's owner or employees.
