Celebrated multi-Michelin star chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay and Harrah’s North Kansas City will team up to bring the first Gordon Ramsay Steak to the Midwest in November of 2019, extending Ramsay’s partnership with Caesars Entertainment resorts across the globe.
“I’ve been wanting to expand to the Midwest for some time and found Harrah’s North Kansas City to be the perfect location for Gordon Ramsay Steak,” Ramsay said. “My team is thrilled to introduce some of my most signature items including the popular beef wellington and my all-time favorite dessert – the sticky toffee pudding to the Heartland.”
Harrah’s North Kansas City will be home to Ramsay’s fourth Gordon Ramsay Steak with Caesars Entertainment casino resorts, joining flagship award-winning restaurants in Las Vegas, Baltimore and Atlantic City. The chic steakhouse will feature a modern design with a captivating bar along with multiple private dining rooms, complete with modern artwork, a showcase wine display and gestures to Ramsay’s British ties. Additionally, the restaurant will offer several private dining rooms to accommodate groups ranging from 6 to 40 guests.

The menu at Gordon Ramsay Steak will feature Ramsay’s flare of traditional American steakhouse dishes in a modern and contemporary setting. The restaurant will modify the menu seasonally, highlighting fresh ingredients and rich spices – additionally, several items will feature local farms and growers to the area. The menu will even include some dishes that pay a nod to classic KC barbeque favorites. The evolving menu aims to provide returning guests a new culinary experience with each seasonal visit. Signature appetizers include dishes such as smoked beef tartare, seared Hudson Valley foie gras, herb gnocchi and more. Main courses offer a wide selection of Wagyu beef, various cuts of dry-aged steaks, veal and an assortment of seafood choices. Ramsay’s Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding dishes, which have been popular items at the existing Gordon Ramsay Steak locations, will be featured items on Ramsay’s North Kansas City menu.
Along with the variety of Ramsay’s exceptional dishes, Gordon Ramsay Steak will also offer a wide selection of hand-crafted cocktails, some of which will utilize infused local distilled spirits. The restaurant will boast an extensive wine list with hundreds of labels and vintages from around the world, along with one of the best wine-by-the-glass options in the area.
The relationship between Caesars Entertainment and Ramsay began in 2012 with the opening of Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas and has continued to flourish over the years. After more than eight years of collaboration, the partnership has currently yielded five restaurants on the iconic Las Vegas Strip, three on the East Coast and one at Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai, bringing the total number of restaurants within Caesars Entertainment currently to nine worldwide. Gordon Ramsay Restaurants operates a total of 35 restaurants globally, boasting seven highly coveted Michelin stars.
