MISSING IN KANSAS: William Chapman

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -

A missing persons case -- unsolved for more than 10 years.

Wiilliam Ray Chapman was reportedly last seen on Dec. 8, 2008, in Wichita. Friends and family do not believed William left on his own free will.

According to records with the Department of Justice, William is described as very social and would sometimes use the name “Vanity Vuitton.” He was known to drive a black 2002 Ford, though the specific model is not known. He often went out to LGBTQ friendly establishments, like what was then known as Club Fantasy in Wichita.

William was working on video blogging and making music.

Age now: 34

Height: 5’8’’-5’10

Weight: 180-210 pounds

Hair: Black

Eyes: Brown

Distinguishing notes: often wore wigs and makeup.
