Fort Hays State picked #1 in the preseason MIAA coaches poll

The Fort Hays State Tigers are in the middle of an incredible run. They've won back-to-back MIAA Championships, and for the first time the Tigers were ranked number one in the MIAA coaches poll, which was released on Wednesday. 

The Tigers were picked number two in the preseason media poll. 

FHSU and Northwest Missouri were the only two MIAA schools to play in the NCAA playoffs last year.

2. Northwest Missouri (5) - 112 points
3. Pittsburg State (1) - 97 points
4. Central Oklahoma - 90 points
