Target unveils Halloween costumes for kids who use wheelchairs

Halloween is still months away, but Target is already getting in the trick-or-treating spirit by offering

This year, Target wants to make costume shopping a little easier for kids with disabilities.

Halloween costumes this year for kids who use wheelchairs.

Target's "adaptive costume collection" includes two costumes, one for boys and one for girls, which can be customized with accessories. The costumes will be available on August 22.

The boys' option has a pirate costume with a pirate ship wheelchair cover. Target's option for girls has a princess costume with a princess carriage wheelchair cover.

The costumes and wheelchair covers are sold separately, for $20 and $45, respectively.
