A missing-person mystery for more than 20 years.

Star Gail Boomer was last seen on Feb. 23, 1999, at Uncle Mike’s Bar at 49th and Metropolitan in Kansas City, Kan. Witnesses say she was involved in a violent altercation with a man, who is believed to be a life-long criminal with a history of hurting women.
