Second round of Wichita Open ends with crowded leaderboard

After 36 holes, Scottie Scheffler and Tyson Alexander lead the 30th Wichita Open after the pair both fired off a 64.

They'll have plenty of competition this weekend. Erik Compton, Bryan Bigley, David Lingmerth, and Henrik Norlander are all one shot back at 9 under.

Former Kansas golfer Chase Hanna had a solid afternoon as he carded a 65 to move him into a tie for 11th and 4 off the lead.

Former Wichita State golfer Rafael Becker flirted with the cut line for most of the day as he shot a 69. He made the cut by 1 shot.

The third round begins on Saturday morning.
