Inc. gathered, analyzed, and audited the data from the survey. Then Quantum Workplace, a leader in employee engagement software, ranked all the employers using a composite score of survey results. This year, 74.2 percent of surveyed employees indicated that they were engaged by their work, up by more than 2% from last year.
