Authorities in western Missouri need help to find a 79-year-old man who's been missing for over a week.

Phillip Bartz's wife last saw him on H Highway south of Appleton City at around 7 a.m. on June 2. He stands 5-foot-3, weighs 130 pounds and is balding. He has gray hair, blue eyes and was wearing glasses, a long-sleeve plaid shirt, blue jeans and brown shoes with buckles. He may be wearing a black ball cap that says ROTERT.

Bartz suffers from dementia and depression, WDAF reports. His family says he walks with a bad step and his hands are crippled from a farming accident.

He drives a charcoal gray 2008 Ford F-250 with Missouri tags 75A1YG. It has several dents, a full grill and bumper guard, as well a black tool box and air compressor in the bed.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office at (417) 646-2565.

Appleton City is about 36 miles east of the Kansas state line.
