WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -

Two people have been charged in the stabbing death of a man whose body was found in an RV in south Wichita.

The suspects 25-year-old Royce Thomas and 24-year-old Micaela Spencer, made their first court appearances on Thursday and were each charged wit first-degree murder and two counts of theft. Thomas also faces charges of possession of a weapon by a felon and possession of meth. Spencer was also charged with selling sexual relations.

Friends say they last saw 50-year-old William Callison Sunday evening. Monday morning his RV was gone. Then, that afternoon, they saw someone else driving his truck away from the lot pulling another trailer. They immediately knew something was wrong and called 911.

Hours later investigators found the truck and the RV parked in the driveway of a private home in a South Greenwood neighborhood, near K-15 and Hydraulic.

Police found say Callison inside. He died from multiple stab wounds. The two suspects in the truck were arrested.

Thomas and Spencer remain jailed on $500,000 each.
