11 vehicles stolen from Rusty Eck Ford, Wichita police say

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -

Wichita police say 11 vehicles were stolen from an east Wichita dealership and other cars were damaged. 

Officers responded at around 8:10 a.m. Wednesday to a theft call at Rusty Eck Ford at 7310 East Kellogg. An employee told them that during the overnight hours, suspects entered the lot and used a Ford F-250 to pull the gate down.

Officer Charley Davidson said the stolen vehicles include six Mustangs, two Expeditions, two F-150 Raptors and a 2019 F-250. Police have located one Mustang, one Raptor and the F-250 in the neighborhood behind the dealership. 

Multiple vehicles were also moved and/or damaged, Davidson said.

The suspects are described as a two white men, one in his 30s and the other in his 20s. The first wore a button-up shirt and has dark hair and a beard. The second has long hair, which was in a ponytail. 

Anyone with information is asked to call WPD detectives at (316) 268-4407 or Crime Stoppers at (316) 267-2111. Colors of the vehicles are listed below.

Police say they have recovered five of the vehicles but did not say which ones.

  • Six 2019 Ford Mustangs - 3 black, 1 red, 1 gray, 1 white, 1 black
  • Two Ford Expeditions - 1 black and 1 white 
  • Two 2019 Ford F-150 Raptors - 1 red and 1 blue
  • Black 2019 Ford F-250
