An Alabama woman’s prayer closet was the only thing left standing after a tornado leveled her home.

The rest of the woman’s home was wiped away earlier this month after a devastating tornado hit Lee County in the southeast part of the state.

Inside Edition reports Jason Smith, who is a volunteer with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team, was there to help those affected by the tornado and came across the woman’s home with just her prayer closet intact.

Smith posted two images on Facebook with the following caption: “Listen to me please. I just left a family who survived the tornado in this house and the only left standing is this closet. It's the grandmother's prayer closet, and the whole family survived. Are you kiddin me!!! My God is awesome!!!”

Smith's post has been shared nearly 100,000 times since March 14.

The EF4 tornado was one of the deadliest to strike the U.S. in six years, according to officials. Twenty-three people were killed, including four children.
