UCF enters college basketball poll

Central Florida becomes the third American Athletic Conference team ranked in the AP college basketball poll.   UCF joins Cincinnati and Houston in the polls.  The Knights won at Houston Saturday.    KU climbed in Monday's poll, while Kansas State dropped.

 The top 25 teams in The Associated Press' college basketball poll, with first-place votes in parentheses, records through March 3, total points based on 25 points for a first-place vote through one point for a 25th-place vote and last week's ranking:
