Cowley County deputies investigate BB gun incident

COWLEY COUNTY, Kan. (KAKE) -

Cowley County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a shooting incident in Geuda Springs Sunday.

The Wellington Daily News tells KAKE News that deputies were responding to an aggravated battery call involving a BB gun. The victim was taken to the local hospital with superficial wounds to the head. Investigators are searching for a suspect.

KAKE News contacted the Cowley County Sheriff's Office about the incident, but have not heard back regarding the incident.
