Salina Police have arrested a man in connection to a deadly shooting.

Police arrested Mika Thille, 25, for shooting and killing Justin Willingham, 30, Friday around 3:45 a.m. The shooting happened at a home in the 700 block of State Street. Willingham was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators interviewed Thille originally as a witness, but around 9:15 p.m. he was booked into the Saline County Jail. Thille is facing first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, attempted aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary charges.

Salina police have located two people wanted for questioning in connection to the shooting death of a 30-year-old man.

The department said on Facebook that 25-year-old Mika Lee Thille and 24-year-old Valerie Ann Vogel are people of interest in the case. 

The shooting happened just before 3:45 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of State Street. Officers entered the home and found the victim who was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was not released. 

Capt. Paul Forrester said detectives were interviewing witnesses who were in the home at the time of the shooting. Thille and Vogel were located Friday afternoon.
