WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -

A Wichita woman has pleaded guilty in the death of her 3-year-old son.

Miranda Miller, 37, on Wednesday enter guilty pleas on charges of second-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, child abuse and aggravated child endangerment. The remains of Miller's son, Evan Brewer, were found encased in concrete at a south Wichita home in September of 2017.

Miller previously testified against her boyfriend, 41-year-old Stephen Bodine, in exchange for the chance to plead guilty to a less serious charge in Evan's death.

Evan was the subject of a monthslong custody battle and at least six reports were made alleging he was being abused.

Stephen Bodine was convicted last month of first-degree murder and faces a possible life sentence. He'll be sentenced December 17.
