Police identify man hit and killed in southeast Wichita

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -

Wichita Police have identified the man who was will killed after he was struck by a car in southeast Wichita.

Investigators say Thomas Mans, 33, was hit by a driver after 7 a.m. Friday morning near Harry and Goebel.

The 21-year-old driver told officers that he didn't see Mans as he was crossing the street.

Mans later died from his injuries at the hospital.
