CHAPMAN, Kan. (KAKE) -

Authorities say a 71-year-old woman from Pennsylvania was killed in a crash on Interstate 70 in Kansas.

The accident happened just before 9 p.m. Sunday just north of Chapman. The Kansas Highway Patrol says Elizabeth Douglass Baker was heading west near the minimum posted speed limit when her SUV was rear-ended by a van.

Baker's vehicle went into a ditch and rolled. She was taken to a hospital in Abilene where she was pronounced dead.

The patrol's online crash log says Baker was not wearing a seat belt.

The 58-year-old man driving the van was not hospitalized. He's from Aurora, Colorado.
